Phew! This week’s post turned out to be quite an adventure! Let’s start our countdown, we started this week’s project on Sunday (5 days to publish), but learned it wasn’t going to work on Monday (4 days to publish). We quickly started another on Tuesday (3 days to publish) had to let everything dry overnight, finished filming on Wednesday (2 days to publish) and Garrett was able to start editing the video late Wednesday. Now, picture this, I’m downstairs, cleaning up the kitchen when I hear panicked screams coming from upstairs. I rush to see what’s wrong when I learn our super late video now has no sound! Garrett says I can’t look, go see what happened with the mic, I go downstairs and see that it’s unplugged when he yells down “never mind, I can see the moment it happens on the video and the sound drops!” We filmed the whole 2 days with NO sound! But, as always, we turned lemons into lemonade! We were able to do a pretty funny voice over last night (1 day to publish) and were still able to publish our DIY Rustic Farmhouse Extremely Easy Entryway Décor today! I’m so glad we were able to rescue this project, this personalized coat rack is so cute AND functional! It only took a few boards and a few cuts but adds tons of personality to our front entry!
